I, Egor Kudriavtcev, a solo developer (“I”, “me”, “my”, or “Developer”), operates one or more mobile applications built with Flutter and Dart (collectively referred to as “the Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use any of my Apps. By using any of my Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information I Collect

Information you provide:
• Email address and account credentials when you sign up or log in using email/password in any of my Apps (handled by Firebase Authentication).

Information collected automatically:
• Device information (device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers)
• IP address
• App usage data, crash reports, and performance metrics
• Purchase and subscription information (including purchase tokens and transaction history) when you make in-app purchases or subscribe in any of my Apps (processed through RevenueCat)

Information from third-party services:
I use Google Firebase and RevenueCat. These services collect and process some of the data listed above on my behalf. I may integrate additional services in the future.

2. How I Use Your Information

I use the collected information to:
• Authenticate you and provide the core features of any of my Apps
• Process and manage in-app purchases and subscriptions
• Improve the Apps, debug issues, and analyze usage through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics
• Ensure security and detect abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing Your Information

I share your data only with the following trusted service providers:
• Google Firebase – for user authentication, data storage, analytics, and crash reporting
• RevenueCat – for managing subscriptions and in-app purchases

I do not sell your personal data to any third parties. Data is only shared as necessary to operate the Apps. I may integrate additional services in the future and will update this policy if that happens.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Google Firebase and RevenueCat, primarily in the United States. Data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption. While I take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

• Account data (email) is kept until you request deletion
• Crash and analytics data is typically retained for up to 90 days
• Subscription and purchase data is kept as long as required for billing and service provision

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Some of my Apps allow you to delete your personal data directly within the application. For any App that does not offer this in-app deletion feature, or if you want to request deletion of your personal data, please contact me directly. Depending on your location, you may also have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA.

7. Children’s Privacy

None of my Apps are directed at children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If I discover that I have collected such data, I will delete it immediately.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at ekudr.info/privacy-policy-dart-flutter-firebase-revenuecat with a new “Last updated” date. Significant changes will also be notified inside the Apps.
